Comments: Senator Barbara Boxer is introducing a four point plan to make it easier for small businesses. It basically would increase access to credit, help with affording health care for their employees, encourage job creation and promote tax incentives while reducing red tape. Comments: Well I give it by 2010 and 2011 if Congress do not get their nose out of their you know what to help small businesses to survive you will have a lot of commercial properties sitting empty, as usual we do not take responsibility for our actions. I hope people can make a difference you see your congressman not doing anything vote him/her out.
